HISTORY
During the plague outbreak in New Orleans her mother had fell ill with it and died, unable to wake her mother Claudia awaited by her side for her to wake she didn't. Then one fateful night Louis stumbled upon her and drank from her.
Lestat finding Louis later tracks down Claudia at a hospice and pretending to be her father picks her up and takes her away with him. Lestat in the presents of Louis gives the dark gift to Clauida. After the transformation she becomes a loyal companion to both Lestat and Louis. As a present Lestat and Louis give Claudia a diary so she can write her personal thoughts in.
But as the years past Claudia realizes she will never grow up and she soon realizes that she is a woman trapped in a Childs body. Enraged by this she seeks revenge against her unholy parents. She figures out that Louis would serve her better then Lestat as Lestat would kill her if she had harmed Louis, and so she devised a plan to kill Lestat. She attempts to murder Lestat, and Claudia and Louis escape to Eastern Europe looking for other vampires.
Eventually Claudia and Louis arrived in Paris and Louis finds a vampire by the name of Santiago who introduces him to Armand. They visit the Theatre des Vampires and Claudia grows more aware that Louis wants to leave Claudia and be Armand's companion. So to this end she brings back a young doll shop owner called Madeleine who wishes to become her mother and her companion. Louis reluctantly agrees to make her a vampire for Claudia as Claudia cannot make vampires as she is only a child. They spent quite sometime in Paris before Santiago and the rest of the Theatre des Vampires minus Armand prepares to deliver justice to the three of them.
Claudia and Madeleine a burned by the sun and die.
Claudia's spirit is often seen wondering around the Rue Royale and haunts and terrorized Jesse Reeves nearly driving her mad and making Lestat's near death experience quite terrible. Also she tried to do harm to Louis de Pointe du Lac.
