HISTORY
Manfred the founder of Blackwood Farm, after his wife died he spent a while alone until he met Jessica. They fell in love and Manfred and promised to marry her, a promise that he had no intention of fulfilling and she went a little crazy and tried to burn Blackwood Farm down. Outraged at this he beat her and took her from the house to his little island where he and Petronia brutally murdered her.
Petronia wanted this little island for herself and struck up a deal with him that if he gives her the island she would make him into a vampire. He agreed and eventually came calling on Petronia when it was time. Petronia refused to give him the dark gift but Arion her master told her she had to keep her end of the bargain and so made him into a vampire.
Arion and Manfred became good friends and played many games together i.e. chess and cards. The years past and eventually Petronia brought another person who she had attention of turning into a vampire. A descendent of Manfred Blackwood. Utterly broken by this he begged Petronia not to do this but she did.
After it was done he did let Quinn to drink from him.
