BLOOD CANTICLE COVER REVEALED AND CHANGE OF DATE
While looking around the internet (Amazon.co.uk) I came upon Blood Canticle and found this cover for Anne's new master piece Blood Canticle. As you can see this cover is a great piece of art and I know the saying "you can't judge a book on it's cover." But I always prefer books with a great cover as it peaks my imagination. If anyone wants to use this cover on there site then please do by right clicking and save picture as and upload to your own server. Or you could get it from Amazon.
On the bad new side of it the book Blood Canticle has been set back until November 2003 instead of the earlier reported date of 1st October. I've also had this confirmed at another book store and the date has been shifted.

HALLOWEEN BALL
It is reported on AnneRice.com that there's going to be a Halloween Vampire ball held in New Orleans. It is being orgranised by Sue Quiroz, some people may know her from being the founding member of The Vampire Lestat fanclub an organization that sadly dissolved some time ago after an illustrious history. I know if your a United Kingdom viewer that New Orleans is a long way but if your going to New Orleans or for viewers of this site who live in a America and want to join the festivity's then go to www.sagebrushonline.com/ the ball is called Les Temp Des Vampires and there's going to be entertainment. Unfortunately Anne herself will not be attending due to the fact she isn't in New Orleans and that she is on tour with Blood Canticle.
The event is taking place on 31st October 2003 9pm til 2am tickets cost $20.00 which is about £12.13p in United Kingdom money. Live music is in the status TBA.
