PLOT
Vampire-hero, rock star and seducer of millions, Lestat is an immortal extraordinaire...
But Lestat yearns to be reborn a mortal. Tormented to the depths of his vampire soul he wanders aimlessly across the globe, from Amsterdam to the Amazon jungle, until he meets the one being who can grant him his wish. He is the Body Thief, more sinister and evil then any demon. But when Lestat surrenders his vampire body he discovers what he'd so long ago forgotten: the awkwardness and anguish of being human...
Erotic, terrifying, enthralling, The Tale Of The Body Thief is the fourth volume in Anne Rice's bestselling series The Vampire Chronicles.

CRAIG'S REVIEW
This is my second favorite "Vampire Chronicles" book and it is an excellent piece of literature. Lestat's inner struggle between being mortal and immortal is well handled and you actually feel for Lestat who makes a few big mistakes during this novel. It is amazing to see Anne Rice able to work her magic on yet another outstanding outing for yours and my hero Lestat.
This book was truly a masterpiece and I could hardly put it down for I wanted to know what was going to happen next.
And the horrific ending to this make book kind of makes me wish I didn't read chapter 33 as to discover that Lestat will stop at nothing to have what he wants!
