CRAIG'S REVIEW
I came to the Anne Rice novels after the two motion pictures (Interview With The Vampire, Queen Of The Damned) where released and I adored the movies so much that I would give the novels a read and all I can say that was stunned at the realistic tone taken to these novels and begun to question if this was fiction or reality.
The story is rich with storyline and impressive characters and character development. I have always been a fan of the period-vampirism stories that are littered all over the world such as "Bram Stoker Dracula" which I am pleased to say this book, actually this book series surpasses Bram Stoker's Dracula in many ways and I would suggest to anyone to read this book and become enthralled with the characters that I have and so many other fans have since Anne Rice wrote this book. The strange thing is that I often find myself thinking of Lestat and the other characters of this book series and I would strongly recommend that anyone who likes vampires should read and buy a copy of this book and the others in the series.
